Shipping policy

Because shipping turnaround time is contingent upon many factors (heavy influx of orders, supplies/ingredients shortages, etc.) we state that our shipping time is 5-7 business days. Sometimes, it can be a little while longer but, oftentimes, our turnaround can be as fast as the same or next day.

We do not currently provide international shipping.

Once you receive tracking and the courier scans your package, Heist Fragrances, LLC is no longer financially responsible for your purchase. If your package is lost, you are encouraged to file a claim with the courier. Heist Fragrances, LLC is not responsible for refunding or replacing your orders should they be lost, misdelivered, or mishandled by the carrier. Purchasing shipping insurance is strongly encouraged.
