Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product line, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products. When perfume/body oils are returned, it is required that they be destroyed. Larger companies may accept returns on fragrances, but we are a small, independent business that cannot absorb these costs. Please order a sample size if you are unsure of whether or not you'd like to commit to a larger bottle. They are offered for this reason.

A refund or replacement may be available if there is a documented issue with the product or order; photo/video documentation may be required. For example, if we make an error, we will do what we can to resolve the issue for you.
